黃連素β-環(huán)糊精包合物的制備及抑菌試驗研究 |

摘 要:用正交實(shí)驗法制備了黃連素β 環(huán)糊精包合物,考察了環(huán)糊精用量、反應時(shí)間和黃連素用量等因素對包合物的影響。用紫外分光光度法測定了包合物的溶解度和包結比,并對包合物與黃連素的抑菌能力作了比較。實(shí)驗結果表明:黃連素用量為0.030g,β 環(huán)糊精2.0g,包合時(shí)間90min,包合物收率可達68%以上。包合物的溶解度為4.826g/100ml水,包結比為1:2,抑菌試驗表明:包合物的抑菌能力比黃連素稍有增強。 |

A Study on Preparation of Inclusion Complexes of Berberine with β-Cyclodextrin and Bacterium Test |

Abstract:The inclusion complexes of berberine with β Cyclodextrin were made by orthonormal test. The factors, such as the amount of β Cyclodextrin and berberine, and reacting times on inclusion reaction, were investigated. Solubility and molar ratio of β Cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was measured by U vis spectrophoto metry, and the ability of bacteriostatic was compared.
