甲基化-β-環(huán)糊精的制備及其對甲基對硫磷和呋喃丹的增溶作用 |

| 摘 要：研究了甲基化 β 環(huán)糊精(MCD)的一種簡(jiǎn)單制備方法及其對甲基對硫磷和呋喃丹的增溶作用。實(shí)驗結果表明:MCD水溶液對甲基對硫磷和呋喃丹有明顯增溶效果,在20g/L的MCD溶液中,甲基對硫磷和呋喃丹的溶解度比在純水中分別提高了21.91和4.01倍,增溶作用的大小與MCD的濃度呈線(xiàn)性相關(guān),而且和農藥的疏水性及分子幾何形狀與環(huán)糊精空腔的匹配程度有關(guān)。 |

| Abstract：Methyle β cyclodextrin was simply synthesized, and the impacts on the solubilization of methyl parathion and carbofuran were investigated. The result indicated that methyl β cyclodextrin can significantly increase the solubility of parathion methyl and carbofuran. The concentration of parathion methyl and carbofuran respectively increased 21.91 and 4.01 times with 20?g/L methyl β cyclodextrin.
