摘 要:研究了以載體堿KOH Al2O3作催化劑的香茅腈合成工藝,考察多種因素對收率的影響,并通過(guò)L4(23)正交實(shí)驗得出了優(yōu)惠工藝條件:催化劑用量為4%,在120℃溫度下反應2.5h,收率為80.4%。 |

The Synthesis of Citronellynitrile from Citronellal with Carrier Alkali KOH-Al_2O_3 as Catalyst |

Abstract:The preparating process of citronellynitrile was studied from citronellal by using carrier alkali as catalyst . The factors effecting the yield were investigated. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimum process conditions were carrier alkali about 4% to citronellal and reaction for 2.5?h at 120℃. Obtained, and that is using as follow: The yield of the reaction is 80.4%. |
