| 摘 要：介紹了一步法合成N-對羥基苯乙基-4-氯苯甲酰胺的方法,并通過(guò)正交試驗找出了該工藝的優(yōu)惠條件,和原工藝相比較,大大降低了原料消耗和生產(chǎn)中的毒性,更有利于工業(yè)化大生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：A new method to prepare N [2 (p hydroxyphenyl)ethyl] p chlorobenzamide only in one step was introduced in the article, and the reaction conditions were optimized through orthogonal design. Compared to former method, the quantity of the raw material and the toxicity in the production with the new method was rapidly decreased. Thus, it is better for the production. |
