| 摘 要：以鄰氯苯基硫脲和硫酰氯為原料,經(jīng)環(huán)合反應制得2-氨基-4-氯苯并噻唑,收率為94.8%,探討了溶媒種類(lèi)、投料比、反應溫度和反應時(shí)間對收率的影響,并改進(jìn)了合成工藝。 |

| Abstract：Amino 4 chloro benzothiazole was prepared from 2 chloro phenyl thiourea and sulfuryl chloride by cyclization in 94.8% yield. The effect of the kinds of solution medias, the proportion of materials, the reaction temperature, and the time on the yield was investigated. The process of synthesis was improved. |
