摘 要:采用SpherisorbC18色譜柱,以甲醇 水(95:5)為流動(dòng)相,流速1 0ml.min 1,254nm為檢測波長(cháng),建立測定1,1,3 三甲基 3 苯基茚滿(mǎn)的高效液相色譜法。進(jìn)樣量在1 6~32μg范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好(r=0.9998);厥章试98%~102%,RSD不大于0.73%。方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,分析快速、準確,適用于1,1,3 三甲基 3 苯基茚滿(mǎn)的質(zhì)量控制分析。 |

Determination of 1,1,3-Trimethyl-3-Phenylindane by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the determination of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-phenylindane.The HPLC system consisted of Spherisorb C_(18) column (250?mm~4.6?mm 5?μm), methanol-water(95∶5 v/v) mixture as mobile phase, with detection at 254?nm, flow rate 1.0?mL·min~(-1) and column temperature at room temperature.The linear range is 1.6~32.0?μg (r=0.9998). The average recovery is 98%~102%, RSD in 0.73%. The method is simple, quick and accurate, suitable for the quality control of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-phenyindane. |
