四乙基秋蘭姆化二硫合成工藝的研究 |

摘 要:以二乙胺和二硫化碳為原料,經(jīng)雙氧水(27 5%)氧化,一步合成了四乙基秋蘭姆化二硫。研究了反應物配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間和溶劑對合成反應收率的影響。得出最佳工藝條件為:無(wú)水乙醇為溶劑,二乙胺∶二硫化碳∶雙氧水=1.05∶1.00∶1.00,反應時(shí)間1h,反應溫度20~30℃,收率達到88.0%。 |

Study on the Synthetic Process of Tetraethyl Thiuram Disulfide |

Abstract:Tetraethyl thiuram disulfide was synthesized one step from diethylamine and carbon bisulfide with hydrogen peroxide(27.5%) as oxidant. Factors influencing the reaction yield were studied, such as ratio of reagents, reaction temperature, reaction time and solvents. The optimum technical conditions is as follow: ethanol as solvent, n[(C_2H_5)_2NH]∶n(CS_2)∶n(H_2O_2,27.5%)=1.05∶1.00∶1.00, The reaction was carried out for 1?h at 20~30?℃ to give tetraethyl thiuram disulfide in 88.0% yield. |
