幾種植物粗提物對斜紋夜蛾拒食作用的研究 |

| 摘 要：探討了苦楝果實(shí)(包括果皮、果肉及種核)、芫花及雷公藤根皮乙醇粗提物對斜紋夜蛾4齡幼蟲(chóng)的拒食活性。試驗結果表明:3種植物粗提物在1000mg/L濃度下對斜紋夜蛾4齡幼蟲(chóng)具有較高的拒食活性。24h選擇性拒食率為:苦楝果實(shí)乙醇粗提物88.46%、芫花乙醇提物95.62%、雷公藤根皮乙醇粗提物68.26%。24h非選擇性拒食率相對下降,分別為:苦楝果實(shí)乙醇粗提物61.38%,芫花乙醇粗提物80.26%,雷公藤根皮乙醇粗提物46.47%。 |

| Studies on the Anti-feeding Actions of Several Extractions with Alcohol from Different Plants against Spodoptera litura |

| Abstract：The anti-feeding actions of three alcohol extracts from fruits of Melia azadarach、Daphne genkwa and Tripterygium wilfordii against the 4th instar larvae of Spodoptera litura were studied. The choice test results showed that the anti-feeding activites of these extracts against the 4th instar larvae are better with concentration of 1000?mg/L and the anti-feeding rates of 24?h are 88.46%, 95.62% and 68.26%, respectively. In non-choice test, the rates decreased to 61.38%, 80.26% and 46.47% respecyively. |
