微波輻射相轉移催化合成苯甲酸芐酯

摘 要:采用微波輻射反應技術(shù),利用相轉移催化劑,將苯甲酸轉化為苯甲酸鈉后,在無(wú)有機溶劑和無(wú)機載體的條件下與氯化芐直接酯化合成苯甲酸芐酯。結果發(fā)現,當微波輸出功率為350W,輻射時(shí)間為3min,相轉移催化劑為四丁基溴化銨(TBAB),苯甲酸鈉與氯化芐配比為1.0:1.6(mol/mol)、與TBAB配比為25.0∶1.3(mol/mol)時(shí),收率可達99.9%。

Synthesis of Benzyl Benzoate under Microwave Irradiation and Phase Transfer Catalyst

Abstract:Benzyl Benzoate was directly synthesized from benzyl chloride and sodium benzoate under the condition of microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalyst without any organic solvent and inorganic carrier. The optimum conditions was as follow the microwave power 350W, the irradiation time 3min, TBAB as the phase transfer catalyst, the mole ratio of sodium benzoate to benzyl chloride 1.0∶1.6 and sodium benzoate to TBAB 25.0∶1.3, the yield is up to 98.9%.
