微波催化合成四苯基卟啉

摘 要:在有機溶劑體系中,利用微波催化苯甲醛、吡咯合成四苯基卟啉。最佳反應條件為:二甲苯溶劑100ml,對硝基苯甲酸催化劑1.8g,苯甲醛0.02mol、吡咯0.02mol,微波功率210W,輻射時(shí)間15min,產(chǎn)率達到52.9%,經(jīng)重結晶,雙組分紫外光譜法測定四苯基卟啉純度達96%。

The Synthesis of Tetraphenyl-Porphyrin(TPP) Under Microwave Irradiation

Abstract:The synthetic methods of meso-teraphenylporphyrin(TPP) under microwave irradiation in organic solvent were researched. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: 1.8g p-nitrobentoic acid as the catalyst in 100?ml xylene, 0.02mol phenylformaldehyde, 0.02?mol pyrrole, 210W microwave power and 15?min microwave irradiation. The yield reachs 52.9%. The purity of the product for TPP was 96% for recrystallization by double Wave-UV valuing.
