(S)-4-氯-3-羥基丁酸乙酯的不對稱(chēng)合成 |

摘 要:報道了用4 氯 乙酰乙酸乙酯為原料,以面包酵母為還原劑,選擇性合成(s) 4 氯 3 羥基丁酸乙酯。分別考察了能源供體、蔗糖濃度、反應溫度、底物加量和壓榨酵母用量等因素對產(chǎn)物收率和對映體過(guò)量值的影響。結果表明,4 氯 乙酰乙酸乙酯不對稱(chēng)生物還原反應的適宜條件為:能源供體40.0g/L蔗糖,反應溫度36.5℃,壓榨酵母50.0g/L,底物加量12.0g/L,pH為7.0。反應收率可達60.5%,ee收率為98.5%。 |

The Asymmetry Synthsis of 4-Cloro-3-Hydroxybutyric Acid Ethyl Ester With Baker's Yeast |

Abstract:Optically active ethyl (s)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutyrat,a useful chiral synthon, was prepared by stereoselective bioreduction of ehtyl 4-cloro-acetoacetate with baker's yeast. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed such as reaction temperature, pH's degree, energy source, and so on. At the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: energy source was 40.0g/L of sucrose, reation temperature 36.5?℃, pH 7.0.
