鈦酸四丁酯催化合成檸檬酸三丁酯 |

摘 要:以檸檬酸和正丁醇為原料,鈦酸四丁酯為催化劑,酯化合成檸檬酸三丁酯。確定了優(yōu)惠反應條件:酸醇比為1:4.1,反應溫度為150℃,反應時(shí)間為4.5h,催化劑用量為檸檬酸質(zhì)量的1.2%,酯化率達到99%以上,用GC/MS色質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀檢測產(chǎn)品純度在99.5%以上。 |

Abstract:The esterification of citric acid and n-butanol was carried out with tetrabutyl-titanate as the catalyst. The main factors, the quantity of catalyst, reaction temperature, molar ratio of reactants and reaction time, which effected the esterification, were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: molar ration of citric acid to n-butanol 1:4.1, reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 4.5?h, the quantity of catalyst accounted for 1.2% of citric acid, and the final conversion was ... |
