| 摘 要：以對苯二甲醚為原料經(jīng)磺酰氯化、還原、醚化、Vilsmeier反應等步驟合成了2,5 二甲氧基 4 (2'-氟乙硫基)苯乙胺,該類(lèi)化合物是一種用于神經(jīng)藥物及醫藥病物學(xué)方面的藥理中間體,產(chǎn)品通過(guò)紅外光譜,核磁共振譜確定其結構。 |

| Abstract：The preparation of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-(2'-fluroethylthio)-benzene-ethylamine, which is a medical intermediate molecular used in psychotic and schizophrenic psychosis,was reported. The products were characterized by IR and ~1 HNMR. |
