2,2-二(3-氨基-4-羥基)苯基丙烷的合成與結構表征 |

| 摘 要：分別在Pd/C、FeOOH和FeCl3·6H2O/C三種不同催化劑存在下,由水合肼還原2,2 二(4 羥基 3 硝基)苯基丙烷(1)合成了2,2 二(3 氨基 4 羥基)苯基丙烷,篩選出成本低、收率高的理想催化劑為FeCl3·6H2O/C。當物料配比n(水合肼):n(1)=5:1,反應起始溫度為70℃,反應時(shí)間為80min時(shí),收率為93.0%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)重結晶純化后,由元素分析、紅外光譜、核磁共振譜和質(zhì)譜對其結構進(jìn)行了表征,確證了產(chǎn)物的結構。 |

| The Synthesis and Structural Characterization of 2,2-Bis(3-Amido-4-Hydroxyphenyl)-Propane |

| Abstract：2,2-Bis(3-amido-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propane was synthesized by catalytic reduction of 2,2-Bis(4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl)-propane(1) with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of Pd/C,FeOOH and FeCl_3.6H_2O/C respectively. The results showed that the ideal catalyst was FeCl_3.6H_2O/C which gave high yield and had low cost. The yield was 93% when n (hydrazine hydrate):n(1)=5:1,temperature 70?℃, and reaction time 80?min.
