抗非典藥皮質(zhì)激素的關(guān)鍵中間體甾醇項目可行性探討 |

| 摘 要：谷甾醇是抗非典藥糖皮質(zhì)激素的關(guān)鍵中間體,其市場(chǎng)需求量將顯著(zhù)增長(cháng)。中國的競爭策略宜自主開(kāi)發(fā)具有國際競爭力的核心技術(shù),含對米糠原料的開(kāi)發(fā)與控制;全球約37%的米糠產(chǎn)于中國,米糠油是含不皂化物最多的植物油脂(3.5%～5.2%),不皂化物中70%以上為甾醇,中國是甾醇原料大國。以米糠為原料,在水稻化工廠(chǎng)"4聯(lián)產(chǎn)"或"9聯(lián)產(chǎn)"等多聯(lián)產(chǎn)技術(shù)系統中生產(chǎn)谷甾醇,其利潤空間較大。 |

| Abstract：As the key intermediate of glucocorticoid-an anti-SARS drug, sitosterin will witness dramatically increasing market demand. It is desirable for China to adopt the strategy of developing its own core technology with global competitiveness, including the development and control of the raw material as rice bran.
