2,4-二氯甲苯生產(chǎn)工藝的改進(jìn) |

| 摘 要：針對目前國內2,4 二氯甲苯生產(chǎn)工藝存在的主要問(wèn)題,通過(guò)改進(jìn)氯化合成工藝,采用先進(jìn)堿洗精餾技術(shù),提高了氯化反應收率和堿洗精餾效果,其中氯化反應收率達到了75%以上,氯氣利用率>92%,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量在99.5%以上,從而有效地降低了生產(chǎn)成本,減少了環(huán)境污染,經(jīng)濟效益和社會(huì )效益顯著(zhù),具有很好的推廣應用前景。 |

| Abstract：Against the defects of current domestic synthesis process of 2,4-dichlorotoluene, improvement have been made by applying advanced alkaline rectification technologies. Consequently,The reaction yield is raised and rectification effect is bettered-reaction yield of chlorine is now over 75%;Utilization ratio of chlorine exceeds 92% and product qualification exceeds 99.5%.
