紅螯螯蝦殼制備殼聚糖的研究 |

| 摘 要：以紅螯螯蝦殼為原料提取甲殼素,得到白色片狀產(chǎn)品,收率為18%。甲殼素通過(guò)脫乙�；苽錃ぞ厶�,脫乙酰度可達83%�？疾炝私釙r(shí)間、浸酸溫度和NaOH濃度對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響。結果表明,采用紅螯螯蝦殼制備殼聚糖是可行的。 |

| Study on the Preparation of Chitosan from Cherax Quadricarinatus |

| Abstract：The chitin was distilled from the shell of cherax quadricarinatus with 18% yield.The chitosan was prepared from chitin by deacetylating and the degree of deacetylation was 83%. The effect of the soaking acid, temperature and the NaOH concentration on the product quality were studied. The results show that it is possible to prepare chitosan from the sheet of cherax quadricarinatus. |
