甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯的合成研究

摘 要:在季銨鹽催化劑和對苯二酚阻聚劑存在下,由甲基丙烯酸與環(huán)氧氯丙烷合成了甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)。優(yōu)惠反應條件為:反應溫度為110℃,反應時(shí)間為4h,催化劑為三乙基芐基氯化銨0.5%(mol),產(chǎn)品收率為80.6%,環(huán)氧值測定分析,純度為98%。

Research on the Synthesis of Glycidyl Methacrylate

Abstract:Glycidyl methacrylate was synthesized by reaction of methylacrylic acid and epichorohydrin in the present of quatemary ammonium salt as catalyst and 1,4- dihudroxy-benzene as polymerization inhibitor. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follow:reaction time 4h, reaction temperature 110℃,the amount of triethbenzylammonium chloride 0.5%(mol).The yield is 80.6 %,and the purity is 98%.
