氟聯(lián)苯丙酸合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以4 乙酰 2 氟聯(lián)苯為原料,經(jīng)氧化、酯化、縮合、水解、脫羧等反應,合成氟聯(lián)苯丙酸。不使用易燃性乙醚作溶劑,省略高真空蒸餾。對氟聯(lián)苯丙酸合成工藝,改進(jìn)方法合理,簡(jiǎn)單可行,使之更為適合工業(yè)化大生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：Flurbiprofer was synthesized from 4-acetyl-2-fluorobiphenyl by ring oxidize、esterification、condensation、hydrolyzation and decarboxylation reaction.Inflammable ether was not used and vacuum distillation was omitted.This method is simple、reasonable reliable, and it could be used in the industry on a large scale. |
