丙烯酸十四酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以丙烯酸和十四醇為原料,經(jīng)酯化反應直接合成丙烯酸十四酯。探討了丙烯酸與十四醇摩爾比,催化劑和阻聚劑的用量、反應溫度及反應時(shí)間對酯化反應的影響。得出合成丙烯酸十四酯的最佳合成條件:丙烯酸與十四醇摩爾比為1 1,對甲苯磺酸用量為0 8%,對苯二酚用量為0 6%,反應溫度為120℃,反應時(shí)間為4h。在此反應條件下,酯化產(chǎn)率可達99%。酯化產(chǎn)物經(jīng)熔點(diǎn)、元素分析、紅外光譜及核磁共振譜圖分析證明所得產(chǎn)物為丙烯酸十四酯。 |

| Abstract：Tetradecyl acrylate was synthesized by direct-etherification from tetradecyl alcohol and acrylic acid with p-methyl benzene sulfuric acid as catalyst. The influence of acrylic acid and tetradecyl alcohol, amount of catalyst and inhibitor, reaction temperature, reaction time were investigated.
