不對稱(chēng)取代4-甲基-2,2′-聯(lián)吡啶的制備和分析 |

摘 要:分別以4 甲基吡啶、2 溴吡啶為原料,再與相應的溴化吡啶反應,在零價(jià)鈀催化劑作用下,采用still炭 炭偶合成鍵反應制備目標產(chǎn)物,并用化學(xué)計算分析了影響產(chǎn)率的因素,并用紅外光譜、質(zhì)子核磁共振譜等手段對化合物進(jìn)行了表征。 |

The Synthesis and Analysis of Unsymmetrically 4-Methyl-2,2′-Bipyridines |

Abstract:The unsymmetrically 4-methyl-2,2′-bipyridines were synthesized from two material. The one was 2-bromine-pyridine and the other was 4-methyl-pyridine, which reacted with bromized-pyridine to get the title compoudns using Pd(O) as catalyst. The structure of the compound was proved by NMR and IR. |
