摘 要:采用Reimer Tiemann反應合成雜環(huán)醛是一種簡(jiǎn)便易行的方法,在相轉移催化劑AOT(2 乙基己基磺酸基琥珀酸鈉)存在下,8 羥基喹啉通過(guò)Reimer Tiemann反應制備8 羥基喹啉 7 醛,該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,收率較高且穩定,尚未見(jiàn)文獻報道。 |

Abstract:The Reimer-Tiemann reaction is a convient and economical method for the synthesis of heteroaldehyde. The 8-hydroxyquinoline-7-carboxaldehyde was synthesized by 8-hydroxyquinoline through Reimer-Tiemann reaction in the presence of the phase-transfer catalyst AOT. The yield is high and stable. |
