反相高效液相色譜法測定甲硝唑口腔粘貼片的有關(guān)物質(zhì) |

| 摘 要：建立了甲硝唑口腔粘貼片的有關(guān)物質(zhì)的測定方法。采用HPLC法,用HypersilODSC18色譜柱,以甲醇 水(20∶80)為流動(dòng)相;流速為1.0ml·min-1,檢測波長(cháng)為315nm;主峰與雜質(zhì)峰分離良好。方法快速、靈敏、準確度高,可用于產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制和評價(jià)。 |

| Determination the Relative Substances of Metronidazole Oral Sticking Tablets by RP-HPLC |

| Abstract：A method for determining the relative substances of metronidazole oral sticking tablets was developed. Chromatography was performed using a Hypersil ODS C18 column,CH_3OH-H_2O(20:80) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 315nm as detective waveleng. The main peak can be nicely separated from the impurity peak. The HPLC method is sensitive,rapid,accurate, and can be used to control and evaluale quality of the products. |
