鎓鹽催化劑對環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂丙烯酸酯化反應的影響 |

摘 要:用鎓鹽作催化劑,以E 44和E 12環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂與丙烯酸作主要原料,制備了適于配制紫外光固化涂料的環(huán)氧丙烯酸酯樹(shù)脂,討論了催化劑的種類(lèi)與用量對合成反應及產(chǎn)物的影響,找到了一個(gè)催化劑適宜用量與反應時(shí)間。 |

Abstract:UV-curable epoxy acrylates were prepared by reacting E-44 and E-12 epoxy resin with acrylic acid in the presence of onium salt. The effects of synthesis condition, such as the kinds and concentration of catalyst on synthesis reaction and product properties were discussed. The best concentration of catalyst and reaction time have also been gotten. |
