活性炭負載磷鎢酸鋁催化合成檸檬酸三丁酯 |

| 摘 要：在微波輻射下,以AlPW/C為催化劑催化合成了檸檬酸三丁酯,用均勻設計法優(yōu)化了合成反應條件。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:酸∶醇=1∶3 5(m/m),微波功率為360W,微波輻射時(shí)間為20min,催化劑用量約為反應物總量的2 0%(m)。在此條件下,酯化率達到93 2%,產(chǎn)品純度大于97%,并且催化劑可多次使用。 |

| The Synthesis of Tributyl Citrate by Aluminium Phosphotungstate Supported on Activated Carbon |

| Abstract：Tributyl citrate was synthesized catalyzed by AlPW/C under microwave irradiation, The reaction conditions were optimized by the uniform design. The optimized conditions are as follow: the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶3.5,microwave irradiation time is 20 minute, microwave power is 360 w, ratio of catalyst is 2.0%. Under this conditions, ester yield up to 93.2% and the purity of the product is over 97%. The catalyst can be used repeatedly without distinct loss in activity. |
