β-巰基丙酸的合成 |

摘 要:以丙烯腈和硫氫化鈉為主要原料,通過(guò)正交試驗考察了原料摩爾比、加成反應溫度、水解時(shí)間及硫粉用量4種因素對合成β 巰基丙酸收率的影響。實(shí)驗得到優(yōu)惠工藝條件:在t=45℃下,滴加丙烯腈1 5h,硫粉用量2 7g,水解時(shí)間為3h的反應條件下,β 巰基丙酸的收率為87%,明顯高于文獻所介紹收率。結果表明,該路線(xiàn)原料易得、工藝簡(jiǎn)單、產(chǎn)品純度高、后處理方便,是一條可取的工藝路線(xiàn)。 |

Abstract:Acrylonitrile and sodium hydrosulfide were used as main materials for the synthesis of β-mercaptopropionic acid. The influences of four factors(the mole ratio of the raw materials, the addition reaction temperature, the hydrolysis time, the powdered sulfur usage) were investigated. Under the optimum conditions(T=45 ℃, the mole ratio of the AN and sodium hydrosulfide is 1.0∶1.4, the usage of the sulfur is 2.7 g, the hydrolysis time is 3 h) the yield of the β-mercaptopropionic acid is 87%,obviously higher tha... |
