新法合成鄰苯二甲酰亞胺 |

摘 要:以苯酐和尿素為原料,鄰二甲苯為溶劑,通過(guò)優(yōu)化操作,探索出合成鄰苯二甲酰亞胺優(yōu)惠工藝條件:苯酐:尿素:溶劑(摩爾比)=1:0.6:3,反應時(shí)間90min,反應溫度144℃,產(chǎn)品的收率最高可達到99%(以苯酐計),溶劑可重復使用。 |

A New Synthetic Process of Phthalimide |

Abstract:The phthalimide has been synthesized from phthalic anhydride and urea in ortho-xylene solvent medium. In the process, ortho-xylene which plays a role as solvent can be used repeatedly. The optimum condition of the proposed method involves:interaction at 144 ℃,for 90 minutes and in the mole ratio phthalic anhydride∶urea∶ortho-xylene=1.0∶0.6∶3.0, the highest yield of phthalimide has achieved 99 %. |
