| 摘 要：研究了藥物中間體3 甲基 4 丁酰胺基 5 硝基 苯甲酸甲酯的合成,采用硝硫混酸對3 甲基 4 丁酰胺基 苯甲酸甲酯進(jìn)行硝化,收率為80%,實(shí)驗結果表明該工藝具有生產(chǎn)成本低、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩定、收率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 |

| Abstract：The synthesis of methyl 4-butyrylamino-3-methy-5-nitrobenzoate was investigated and improved, using mixing acid of nitric acid and sulfuric acid in nitration instead of concentrated nitric acid as well. The process was satisfactory in respect of high yield above 80%, The new method has some advantages, such as low production cost, high quality and yield. |
