地克珠利的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：介紹了以2,6 二氯對硝基胺為原料,經(jīng)重氮化、縮合、還原,再與氰基乙酰氨基甲酸乙酯反應制備地克珠利的合成方法。反應總收率達到20%,產(chǎn)品熔點(diǎn)291℃。 |

| The Synthesis of Diclazuril |

| Abstract：Diclazuril was synthesized from 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline through seven steps reaction, the yield of diclazuril is about 20%. b. p=291 ℃. Based on the investigation of laboratory synthesis, the industrial investigation was completed. |
