液相催化加氫制備普魯卡因 |

| 摘 要：采用Raney鎳催化劑,在二甲苯溶劑中,溫度130℃,氫壓3MPa,硝基卡因催化加氫制備普魯卡因。反應時(shí)間7h。加氫轉化率達95%以上。普魯卡因收率83.5%。純度達98%。用紅外、重氮化滴定等對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行定性、定量分析。 |

| Preparation of Procaine by Catalytic Hydrogenation |

| Abstract：A new method was developed for the preparation of procaine by catalytic hydrogenation in the presence of Raney-Ni. The optical condition was temperature 130 ℃, hydrogen pressure 3.0 MPa, reaction time 7 h. The conversion rate is 95%. The yield of procaine is 83.5%. The purity is up to 98%. The product was determined by UV, IR, and diazotization titration for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively. |
