氨基磺酸催化合成尼泊金丁酯 |

摘 要:采用氨基磺酸作催化劑,以對羥基苯甲酸和正(異)丁醇為原料合成尼泊金(異)丁酯,優(yōu)惠工藝條件為:0.25mol丁醇,0.05mol對羥基苯甲酸,催化劑氨基磺酸0.5g,過(guò)量的醇為帶水劑,回流溫度下反應3h,丁酯和異丁酯的收率分別可達75.6%和76.3%。產(chǎn)品以紅外圖譜、熔點(diǎn)、元素分析進(jìn)行了確證。 |

Synthesis of Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate with Aminosulfonic acid as Catalyst |

Abstract:Butyl (isobutyl) p-hydroxybenzoate were synthesized with reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and butanol (isobutano), by aminosulfonic acid as catalyst. The optimum conditions are as followings: the ratio of butanol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, aminosulfonic acid is 0.25 mol:0.05 mol:0.5 g, reaction for 3 h. The yield is 75.6%(76.3%). The products were characterized by IR, m.p., element. |
