摘 要:對二氫查爾酮類(lèi)甜味劑的制備和應用作了一簡(jiǎn)要的概述,介紹了影響此類(lèi)物質(zhì)甜度的各個(gè)因素和二氫查爾酮衍生物的制備合成方法。同時(shí),對柚皮甙二氫查爾酮和新橙皮甙二氫查爾酮兩種甜味劑的性質(zhì)、用途、合成方法、應用前景做了詳細介紹。 |

Abstract:The production and application of sweetening agents-dihydrochalcone drivatives were reviewed, The variable reassons of affecting sweet-degree and introduce the methods of preparation and synthesization of dihydrochalcone. On the other hand, the properties applications and synthetic method of Naringin dihydrochalcone and Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, discussed detailedly. |
