催化重整裝置氯的腐蝕及脫氯劑CT-72的工業(yè)應用 |

| 摘 要：介紹了中石化濟南分公司催化重整裝置曾出現的腐蝕問(wèn)題和銨鹽結晶情況及采取的措施,認為造成腐蝕的主要原因是重整原料中氯的存在,對氯的來(lái)源及腐蝕機理進(jìn)行了分析,對裝置試用脫氯劑CT 72的情況進(jìn)行了總結,并對幾種脫氯劑的使用情況和結果進(jìn)行了對比。 |

| The Industrial Application of Dechlorination Agent CT-72 in Catalytic Reforming Unit |

| Abstract：The phenomena of corrosion occured in catalytic reforming unit of Jinan Branch, SINOPEC. and ammonium salt crystallization, and measures used to solve the problems were introduced. The main resean of corrosion was chlorine existing in reforming feedstock. The source of chlorine and corrosion mechanism were analysed, the industial tryout results of dechlorination agent CTtion agent were compared. |
