影響十二烷基多糖苷的合成因素研究 |

摘 要:采用交換法合成十二烷基葡萄糖苷,考察了催化劑、醇糖比、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度及脫醇工藝等對反應結果的影響。結果表明,優(yōu)惠工藝條件是:反應溫度為110℃左右催化劑/葡萄糖摩爾比為0 01∶1、正丁醇/葡萄糖摩爾比為5∶1、十二醇/葡萄糖摩爾比為6∶1的條件下反應,經(jīng)柱層析去除殘留正十二醇,十二烷基多糖甙收率為85 5%,并測定了產(chǎn)品的表面張力和起泡性能。 |
