相轉移催化氧化合成氯代苯甲酸 |

摘 要:研究了以季銨鹽A 1為催化劑,KMnO4作氧化劑,催化氧化鄰、對位氯代甲苯合成鄰、對位氯代苯甲酸,考察了不同的相轉移催化劑的催化活性、催化劑的用量、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、KMnO4用量、水的用量等對反應的影響。優(yōu)化反應條件:反應物料比為,氯代甲苯∶KMnO4為∶A 1∶H2O≈1∶2.6∶0.05∶300(mol),反應溫度為93℃,反應時(shí)間為2.5h,在中性條件下進(jìn)行反應,鄰、對位氯代苯甲酸的收率分別可達76.4%、76.9%。實(shí)驗結果表明,季銨鹽A 1對此反應是一種優(yōu)良的相轉移催化劑。 |

Phase Transfer Catalytic Synthesis of Chlorobenzoic Acid With Quaternary Ammonium Salt A-1 |

Abstract:The catalytic synthesis of o-,p-chlorobenzoic aicd with phase transfer catalyst(PTC), quaternaty ammonium salt A-1,was reported. The effects of different factors,such as PTC activity and amount,reaction temperature and time, the amount of KMnO4 and H_2O, on the yield of chlorobezoic acid were investigated.
