A Novel Synthesis Technology of Famciclovir |

Abstract:Famciclovir is a kind of new antiviral drug, which has a wide market prospect. In view of the present problems in the synthesis of Famciclovir and a large amount of literature, the optimum technology including reaction time, temperature , reagent, etc was studied. The overall yield was raised from less than 21% to about 30%, and the purity reaches above 99% in improved method. The process has the advantage of lower cost, so it can meet the requirements of industrial production. |
