甲烷磺酸亞鈰催化合成氯乙酸酯的研究 |

摘 要:合成了甲烷磺酸亞鈰,用熱重和紅外對其進(jìn)行表征。并以甲烷磺酸亞鈰為催化劑,研究其催化氯乙酸與異丙醇酯化反應中各種地酯化率的影響。反應條件為:醇酸摩爾比1 1∶1,催化劑用量1 0%(以酸的摩爾數計),反應時(shí)間2 5h,反應溫度80~85℃,環(huán)己烷2 5ml為帶水劑,酯化率可達98 6%。其催化活性遠遠高于SnCl4·5H2O、CeCl3·7H2O等其它Lewis酸催化劑。反應后甲烷磺酸亞鈰經(jīng)過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的相分離就可重復使用,用甲烷磺酸亞鈰催化合成其它氯乙酸酯,酯化率均在98 0%以上。 |

Abstract:Cerous methanesulfonate, which ws used as the catalyst in the esterification of chloroacetic acid with isopropanol. was synthesized and characterized by TGA and FTIR. Various factors that affected the esterification have been investigated. Under the condition of 1.1/1 molar ratio of isopropanol to chloroacetic acid, 1.0% catalyst (molar percent of chloroacetic acid),2.5?h reaction time,temperature 80~85?℃, 2.5?ml cyclohexane as water-carrying agent,the esterification yield of isopropyl chloroacetate reaches... |
