蓋布瑞爾合成法制備N(xiāo)-(2-羥乙基)-鄰苯二甲酰亞胺 |

摘 要:報道了通過(guò)蓋布瑞爾合成法制備N(xiāo) (2 羥乙基) 鄰苯二甲酰亞胺。以DMF為溶劑,鄰苯二甲酰亞胺鉀鹽與氯乙醇在90℃下反應12h,N (2 羥乙基) 鄰苯二甲酰亞胺的收率為86%。討論了反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、物料比例以及不同溶劑對反應收率的影響。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,實(shí)驗條件溫和,后處理簡(jiǎn)便,適合N (2 羥乙基) 鄰苯二甲酰亞胺的實(shí)驗室制備。 |

Synthesis of N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)phthalimide via Gabriel Method |

Abstract:The synthesis of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)phthalimide via Gabriel synthesis method was reported. Potassium phthalimide reacted with 2-chloroethanol under 90?℃ or 12?h in DMF solvent, and the isolation yield was about 86%. The influences of reaction temperature,time,ratio of reactants,and solvent on the yields were discussed.The manipulation of this method was simple and it was easy to work up,which had its advantage on preparation of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)phthalimide on labortory scale. |
