| 摘 要：6,7 二氫 5H 環(huán)戊烷并[b]吡啶具有抗潰瘍、抗癌等重要生理活性,是合成頭孢匹羅的重要原料。按熱重排反應、催化脫水脫氫反應、Friedlander縮合反應、Grignard試劑環(huán)合反應、Diels Alder反應和1,5 二羰基化合物的環(huán)合等合成6,7 二氫 5H 環(huán)戊烷并[b]吡啶的反應類(lèi)型進(jìn)行分類(lèi),首次對其合成進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了全面的綜述,認為以吡啶衍生物及1,5 二羰基化合物為原料合成6,7 二氫 5H 環(huán)戊烷并[b]吡啶的方法值得關(guān)注。 |
