煙用香精中揮發(fā)性成分的分析 |

| 摘 要：以二氯甲烷作溶劑,采用同時(shí)蒸餾萃取法提取,用GC和GC-MS檢測,建立了煙用香精中揮發(fā)性成分的定性和定量分析方法,用于某一實(shí)際樣品的分析,共鑒定了59種成分,占樣品中提取出的揮發(fā)性和半揮發(fā)性成分總數的87.61%。 |

| Abstract：After dichloromethane extraction with simultaneous distillation extraction, the obtained sample was detected with GC and GC-MS. Then, the qualitative and quantitative method for the volatile components in tobacco flavor was presented. The developed method was used for analysis of a real sample. 59 components in it were identified and quantified, accounting for about 87.61% of the total content of extracted volatile and semi-components. |
