工業(yè)性氯化法苯磺隆前置中間體-氯嗪的合成 |

| 摘 要：以乙腈為起始原料,經(jīng)氯氣氯化得到三氯乙腈,催化關(guān)環(huán)得2,4 雙(三氯甲基)-6-甲基-1,3,5均三嗪(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)氯嗪),產(chǎn)物含量>98%(面積歸一法),收率>50%,以該化合物合成2 甲氨基 4 甲氧基 6 甲基-三嗪(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)三嗪)的成本比老工藝"三聚氯氰"和"雙氰胺鈉"路線(xiàn)均降低50%以上,并且環(huán)境友好,已經(jīng)實(shí)現工業(yè)化。 |

| Abstract：2,4-ditrichloromethyl-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine(chloro-triazine), which was the intermediate of 2-methylamino-4-methoxyl-6-methyl-triazine, was synthesized from tritox through cyclization. The content is over 98%,and the yield is over 50%. The cost is redused 50% , and it is friendly to the circumstance. |
