甲基葡萄糖苷脂肪酸酯的合成與研究 |

| 摘 要：以堿性化合物CT作為催化劑,采用甲基葡萄糖苷和十八酸為原料合成甲基葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯,對影響反應的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析,通過(guò)IR分析不同反應條件下合成產(chǎn)品的組成,得到較優(yōu)的反應條件為:n(甲基葡萄糖苷)∶n(十八酸)=1∶1.4,催化劑CT用量為甲基葡萄糖苷質(zhì)量的0.6%,反應溫度控制在150℃左右,反應壓力0.01MPa,產(chǎn)品收率可以達到85%,顏色較淺。 |

| The Synthesis and Analysis of Fatty Acid Esters of Methyl Glucoside |

| Abstract：Fatty acid esters of methyl glucoside was synthesized from methyl glucoside and stearic acid using CT as the catalyst. The influence of the catalyst and temperature on the esterification reaction was reviewed and the products under different reaction conditions were analyzed with IR. The suitable synthesis process was found:n(methyl glucoside) ∶n(stearic acid)=1∶1.4; catalyst of alkali is 0.6% of methyl glucoside(m/m); temperature and pressure of reaction is respectively 150 ℃ and 0.01 MPa. |
