絡(luò )合法濃縮植物油脫臭餾分中天然維生素E |

| 摘 要：采用尿素絡(luò )合處理法預濃縮植物油脫臭餾分中的維生素E,用單因素平行試驗對絡(luò )合處理過(guò)程中醇、水份含量、回流時(shí)間、冷析溫度、冷析時(shí)間、原料的比例等影響因素進(jìn)行考察,并用高效液相色譜對樣品進(jìn)行分析,得出優(yōu)惠條件為:以95%的乙醇為溶劑、回流反應30min、在0℃下冷析5h、脫臭餾分∶尿素∶醇為1∶4∶6,在此條件下將生育酚含量由1.50%提高至5.04%。 |

| Abstract：Using urea as inclusion compond, the nature vitamin E was pre-concentrated from oil deodorizer.Single-factor parallel design has been used in this experiment, some factors such as the sort of alcohol、 the content of water、 refluence time、 crystallizing time、 crystallizing temperature 、reactant proportion have been reviewed,and the vitamin E has been determined by HPLC. Through this experiment, the optimum inclusion conditions have been got: 95%ethanol as solvent to dissolve urea and oil deodorizer ,refluxin... |
