微波輻射和相轉移催化合成β-甲基-β-硝基對羥基苯乙烯

摘 要:在微波輻射和相轉移催化劑存在的條件下,利用Henry反應,快速合成β 甲基 β 硝基對羥基苯乙烯?疾炝宋⒉ㄝ椛涔β、微波輻射時(shí)間、不同種類(lèi)的相轉移催化劑、反應物的物料比等因素對反應收率的影響。結果表明:在微波輻射功率為195W、微波反應時(shí)間為5min,用PEG 800做相轉移催化劑,用量為對羥基苯甲醛的5%(mol),對羥基苯甲醛∶硝基乙烷量比為1∶2(mmol),在冰乙酸/醋酸銨條件下,收率達70.5%。

Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy-β-methyl-β-nitrostyrene under Microwave Irradiation by PTC

Abstract:4-hydroxy-β-methyl-β-nitrostyrene was synthesized under microwave irradiation by phase transfer catalyst(PTC) .The effects of different factors on the yield of product, such as the power of microwave irradiation ,the time of microwave irradiation , the choice of PTC reagent ,PTC reagent amount and the mole ratio of compounds , had been investigated .
