異丁腈合成2-異丙基-4-甲基-6-羥基嘧啶的研究 |

| 摘 要：介紹了以異丁腈為原料 ,與氯化氫、氨氣反應合成異丁脒鹽酸鹽 ,在水溶液中同乙酰乙酸甲酯反應合成 2 異丙基 4 甲基 6 羥基嘧啶的工藝路線(xiàn) ,總收率達到 83% ,含量達到 98%以上。 |

| Study on the Process of Isobutyronitrile to 2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-hydroxypyridine |

| Abstract：A synthetic route for preparation of 2 isopropyl 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridine is introduced in this article, which is started with Isobytyronitrile, reacting with Hydrogen Chloride and free ammonia to make Isobutyl amidine hydrochioride, then the said product is synthesed byreaction with Methyl Acetoacetate in water solution. The total yield is 83%, and purity is up to 98% min. |
