環(huán)氧氯代烴在藥物合成中的應用 |

| 摘 要：介紹了環(huán)氧氯代烴的兩種化學(xué)反應:取代反應和開(kāi)環(huán)反應。主要介紹了由環(huán)氧氯丙烷制出的心血管藥物和抗過(guò)敏藥物、抗抑郁藥等例子�；谧髡邔谆h(huán)氧氯丙烷的研究,對甲基環(huán)氧氯丙烷在藥物合成中的應用也做了介紹。目前,用環(huán)氧氯代烴作原料制備出的藥物品種很多,環(huán)氧氯代烴具有較好的市場(chǎng)應用潛力。 |

| Abstract：Two reactions of epichlorohydrocarbon that is opening-ring and substitute reaction were introduced, at the same time, some kinds of medication made from epichlorohydrin were introduced . Basing on studying on preparation of β-methyl epichlorohydrin,and several medication as the examples were given.
