關(guān)于精細化工中間體色譜指紋圖譜的思考 |

| 摘 要：建議借鑒中藥指紋圖譜的經(jīng)驗,以雜質(zhì)組學(xué)的研究方式,建立精細化工中間體的色譜指紋圖譜,將其作為控制中間體質(zhì)量的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵指標。闡述了色譜指紋圖譜在中間體的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、貿易等各環(huán)節的重要地位,指出指紋圖譜是發(fā)展中國精細化工的有效保障。探討了建立中間體色譜指紋圖譜的可行性,并介紹了建立中間體指紋圖譜的步驟和技術(shù)要素。 |
