2-苯亞甲基肼基苯甲酸-4-磺酸的合成研究 |

摘 要:以2-氨基苯甲酸-4-磺酸為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)重氮化,還原反應生成-2-羧基苯肼-5-磺酸,再與苯甲醛縮合,合成2-苯亞甲基肼基苯甲酸-4-磺酸。反應總收率約 90%。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng) H1NMR和MS表征。 |

Abstract:carboxyphenylhydrazine-5-sulfonic acid was synthesized through diazotization and reduction of 2-amino-4-sulfobenzoic acid, and then condensed with benzaldehyde to obtain 2-\[(phenylmethylene)- hydrazino\]-4-sulfobenzoic acid. The total yield is about 90%. The product structure was confirmed by H~(1)NMR and MS. |
