6-羥基-2-乙酰萘的制備

摘 要:采用6 甲氧基 2 乙酰萘與濃鹽酸在縛酸劑三乙胺存在的條件下進(jìn)行水解反應制得6 羥基 2 乙酰萘。同時(shí)通過(guò)正交設計研究了反應的優(yōu)化條件,即 6 甲氧基 2 乙酰萘、濃鹽酸、三乙胺與二氯甲烷的比例為:1 g∶90 ml∶0.75 ml∶2.5 ml,反應收率為 79%。反應監控為T(mén)LC(展開(kāi)劑為:正庚烷、二氯甲烷和丙酮=3∶6∶2.5,v/v)。鹽酸的用量大幅度降低,產(chǎn)品成本降低36%。

The preparation of 6-hydroxy-2-acetonaphthene

Abstract:hydroxy-2-acetonaphthene was obtained by the hydrolysis of 6-methoxy- 2-acetonaphthene in the presence of HCl (36%) and triethylamine as a catalyst. The optimum conditions were studied by orthogonal design. The ratio of 6-methoxy-2-acetonaphthene/ conc.HCl/Et_(3)N/CH_(2)Cl_(2) was 1∶90∶0.75∶2.5(g∶v∶v∶v), and the yield was 79%. The reaction was monitored by TLC, and the developed solution.was n-heptane:CH_(2)Cl_(2):acetone (3∶6∶2.5, v/v). The consumption of HCl was reduced greatly and the cost was dropped by...
