扁桃酸的光學(xué)拆分 |

摘 要:描述了用D-(-)-苯甘氨酸丁酯及其鹽酸鹽為拆分劑,在水或醇的反應體系中,與扁桃酸反應,制備R-(-)-扁桃酸和 S-(+)-扁桃酸的過(guò)程;其中 R-(-)-扁桃酸有 98.9%的收率和32 %的光學(xué)純度;而S-(+)-扁桃酸有90.1%的收率和 66.73%的光學(xué)純度。另外也描述了苯甘氨酸丁酯及其鹽酸鹽的一般合成方法。 |

The Optical Resolution of Mandelic Acid |

Abstract:A process was disclosed for resolving mandelic acid using optically active phenylglycine butyl ester or its hydrochloride. The yield and optical purity of S-(+)-mandelic are 90.1% and 66.73% for At the same time, The yield and optical purity R-(-)-mandelic acid are 98.9% and 32% respectively. Additionally, a general synthetic method of phenylglycine butyl ester and its hydrochloride was disclosed. |
